When you affirmatively opt in, you agree to receive service-related calls and text messages from Palmetto Bay Accounting Services at the number you provide. Messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, document reminders, requested follow-up, and responses to questions you initiate.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at palmettobay@accountingsrvcs.net. Consent to receive automated texts or calls is not a condition of purchasing services.

AI receptionist

Inbound calls may be answered by an AI-assisted receptionist that can provide general tax information, gather intake details, check Derex Marenco's posted availability, request appointments, and transfer calls when configured. The assistant will identify itself as an AI assistant and will not claim to be Derex Marenco.

Call recording

Calls are not intended to be recorded by default. If call recording is enabled in the future, a recording disclosure and consent process will be implemented as required before recording begins.
